All prices are
always subject to change without notice. All sales are final. We
do not offer price protection in case prices drop. Returns for defective
hardware, exchange or repair ONLY. An RMA # (Return Merchandise
Authorization #) must be obtained for any return from our Technical
Support Dept. at 973-263-9041. Should S4N
be required to seek legal means for any payments or cancellations,
it will be the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all legal
costs that S4N may incur.
S4N
will pay for return shipping charges on all defective merchandise
received during the published warranty period as listed on our web
site. S4N will use at it's discretion
any shipping method to return merchandise to a customer under warranty.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges to the S4N
repair facility in Boonton, New Jersey. S4N
does not take any responsibility for paying return shipping charges
to any location outside of the Continental United States. Return
shipping charges to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are also the
responsibility of the customer.
